• You may cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with consumer protection law
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
• Cancellation fee: up to 5% of the transaction amount or ₪100 (whichever is lower)
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
